The catch
The $1,000 deposit has to be a single initial deposit, not spread across smaller transfers, and the fractional share you get is illiquid outside Public and can't be transferred out. Public caps total promo rewards per account at $500, so this stacks with — but doesn't reset — other offers you've already used.
