What Snagged Is

Snagged is a curated directory of deals, free trials, and promotional offers. We find and list them — we are not the provider of the underlying products or services, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and those providers.

No Guarantee of Deal Availability

Deals expire, change, and disappear without notice. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but we make no guarantee that any deal shown is currently active, available in your region, or redeemable by you. Always check the provider's own terms before relying on a deal.

Affiliate Relationships

Some links on Snagged are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you click through and complete a qualifying action. This never affects the price you pay. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more detail.

Acceptable Use

You may use Snagged for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Scrape or systematically copy deal listings without permission
• Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site

Intellectual Property

All content on Snagged — including text, design, and curation — is owned by or licensed to us. Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear on the site purely for identification purposes.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on Snagged infringes your copyright or misuses your trademark, email hello@snagged.club with (1) a description of the work you claim is infringed, (2) the URL on Snagged where it appears, and (3) your contact information. We'll review and respond promptly, and remove or correct content found to be infringing.

Snagged is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snagged and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site or any deal listed on it.
